For yet another year, our Department has a very significant representation in the list that includes the top 2% of scientists–researchers worldwide, compiled by a team of experts from Stanford University, USA. In the most recent edition of this list (August 2024), which is based on data from the Scopus scientific database up to the end of 2023, 8 faculty members of our Department appear, a percentage that corresponds to 40% of the active faculty members.
