(LFMT) is one of the first laboratories of the University of Thessaly, founded in 1995 by Presidential Decree&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/www.mie.uth.gr\/files\/FEK38A-PD50(1995)IdrysiErg.RS_1.pdf\">PD50\/95<\/a>. The Laboratory is equipped with scientific equipment suitable for teaching, research and service provision.<br><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: large\"><strong><span style=\"color: #330099;font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif\">Objective &amp; Activities<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif;font-size: medium\">The focus of LFMT is on phenomena and effects of flow of fluids and polymers by using experimental measurements and computational modeling. The specific fields acting the&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif;font-size: medium\">LFMT&nbsp;lab are gas-thermodynamics, combustion, atmospheric pollution, natural
